Water Damage
We work for You
When a property claim is filed, the insurance company will assign its own adjuster. Public adjusters, on the other hand, are property claim professionals that work directly for the property or business owner.
We are the Intermediary
We act as the intermediary between you and the insurance company. We have the experience and licensing to take some of the weight from your shoulders. We’ve got you!
Property Inspections
Our team will perform an inspection of the damaged property. We’ll then create an estimate of repairs and present it to your insurance company. Our industry leading inspection and documentation process has produced positive results for many policyholders.
Flood Damage Misconception
Don’t let flood damage fool you. It is super common for policyholders to confuse flood damage as falling under water damage. However, water damage and flood damage claims are not in the same ballpark. Claiming water damage as flood damage can be a mistake because flood damage claims are usually excluded under normal residential insurance policies.
Get Started Here
A common misconception is that general contractors have the expertise and licensing to properly handle a property claim on behalf of the policyholder. However, in most states, the only professional besides an attorney that can legally negotiate with the insurance company is a licensed public adjuster. (Note: In Louisiana, we can only document and present your claim. We cannot negotiate or advocate in Louisiana.)
